Regarded as one of the world's great lager conditioned beers they use the finest ingredients, first-class cones from locally grown Saaz hops, natural soft water from ice age lakes and carefully selected grains of a unique strain of the Moravian barley.

This pale lager has a beautiful golden colour and rich head, its mild hop aroma balances well with the perfectly sweet-bitter taste.

Brewed with great care using only organic malted barley, organic hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish.

The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve this lager’s flavour, purity and condition.

Best served at about 44°F (7°C).

The aroma is clean and grassy. Some cracker malt notes. The taste is crisp, crackery with grassy and peppery hops. Nice Pils flavor. The feel is light and crisp. Lightly dry and bitter.

Although only a small brewery, the 'Friesische Brauhaus zu Jever' has become a top brewery in Germany producing this extra dry pilsener. It's also one of the most bitter, hoppy lagers in the Germany, as indicated by 'herb' on the label. Because the Friesland water is very soft, Jever can add more hops when brewing to create the rather different taste.

Founded in 1906, this family-owned 'Star of Galicia' remains in its founding city of A Coruña in the north-west of Spain. Produced by using fresh water from the city, and made with a delicate balance of pilsen and roasted malts, equal parts Nugget hops from Spain and Perle hops from Germany, it's refreshing, smooth and delicately balanced.

The non-alcoholic beer is brewed in the same way, with the same fresh Felsquellwasser® (mountain spring water) and malt content. It then goes through a process of de-alcoholisation developed especially in Krombach, which enables the beer to retain the unique aroma which originates during the brewing process.
