Vibrant and fresh, a perfect Picpoul!

Elaborately textured, full-flavoured Viognier. The wine is aptly named after the Latin name for silk, 'Serica'. In the 14th century, silk production or sericulture was as widespread in this region as viticulture.

Elderflower and almond blossom aromas and flavours with honey and a nutty, minerally crisp finish.

This spicy Cabernet Franc from the Languedoc is a beautiful bright ruby red in colour. The nose has red cherries and currants in abundance, these red fruits follow through on the palate with a menthol note and spicy pepper. The wine has beautiful structure with fine tannins and a long and powerful finish.

Brilliant and limpid with a pale greenish gold hue. The aromas are particularly expressive in this rather hot vintage, with stone fruit such as apricot or vine peach, evolving to floral notes of acacia blossom and aniseed. Good balance in the mouth, fresh, fruity and round, with a delicious minerality which is the signature of this wine from one vintage to the next.

Greenish colour with gold highlights. The nose is very floral with touches of aniseed. The palate is smooth, full and fresh citrus. A top end picpoul indeed!

Deep sultry red in the glass, the nose gives aromas of summer berries and a hint of spice. The palate is well balanced, round and fruity with a big mix of red, blue and black fruits. The finish is smooth and harmonious, with a touch of roasted coffee. This is the perfect easy drinking style that is characteristic of the everyday Moulin de Gassac range.
