Deep red in colour with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, chocolate, and spice. The palate has good concentration and silky tannins. Grown in Apalta, the best-known region for producing Carmenere. Really hot in summer that helps the grapes ripen in a very good way for this variety. Steep slopes with deep soils with decomposed rocks that help roots break through easily.

An intense and fine note of gooseberry and flint dominate this wine. The palate is refreshing with notes of green grass and mineral. A wonderfully polished Sauvignon Blanc, complex and refined. A great partner to goat's cheese, zesty salads and chicken.
