Dolc de Foc Espurnes is born with the spirit of becoming an Avant-garde wine. It is the result of the experience acquired by David Seijas and the Roqueta family in the last few years while working and reinterpreting the technique of the vi Bullit (boiled wine).

Bright; light and clean the nose is of pears in syrup; with more aromatic and tropical Sauvignon notes of passionfruit and peach. The pallet is light and fresh; with perfectly balances sweetness and acidity. Lots more passionfruit; honeysuckle and lifted tropical fruits on the finish.

Alcoholic Ribena? Could be! But it's more than that - ripe grapes, roses and lychees on the nose, followed by flavours of cassis and dark red fruits and a surprising mouth watering acidity. Delicious!

Late harvest moscatel from Navarra. A natural sweet wine with a great concentration of flavours and a fragrant and elegant character

Aromas of pears, peaches and white flowers. The palate has ripe stone fruit with lightly tropical notes. The honeyed sweetness is balanced by floral characters and fresh citrus acidity.

Château de Sainte Hélène is a exceptional sweet dessert wine from Sauternes. It is the second wine of the Second Growth (2ème Cru) Château de Malle, owned by the Comtes de Bournazel who have 400 years of wine making experience.

A half bottle of the last of the Niepoortland trio which is a series inspired by Lewis Carol's Alice in Wonderland. White Rabbit is Dirk's white port; a fresh fruity expression with a nutty finish that is amazing on a hot summer day served over ice with a splash of tonic.

A diminutive port to sit alongside your cheese board in handy half-bottle format. A staple from the ever-dependable Niepoort. Ruby is the brighter, slightly sweeter fruit-driven style that provides that warm hug of luscious, raisined fruit.

With its brilliant red appearance and brick red hues on the rim, the wine offers refined aromas of cherries along with a subtle perfumed floral character as well as superb finesse. Essentially the wine is elegant in style, however, the palate presents somewhat of an enigma – initially the fruit and elegance on the nose comes through on the palate, but with gentle extract. It is superbly balanced and fresh, culminating in a somewhat robust and firm finish with a tannic grip. It will be interesting to see this wine develop as it ages, undoubtedly, in a very elegant manner.

Rich and full Ruby Port with a smooth, soft finish.

Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. A potent aromatic intensity stands out in the nose, with hints of peach, melon and floral touches which are typical of the grape variety. Preserved fruit notes stand out in the mouth. Broad structure with a good balance between acidity and sweetness. Serve at: 15-17ºC.

Pastora was the first Manzanilla ever to appear on the market in a bottled form, at a time when Manzanilla was mostly a local wine that was sold directly to consumers in bars (by the glass or in their own container). We’re talking 1827, actually the same year in which the first mention of the word Manzanilla appeared in shipping documents. The old brand Pastora, or Divina Pastora as it was then called, was recently resurrected by Bodegas Barbadillo.

This En Rama has a savoury, saline mineral character. It boasts ripe apple fruit alongside complexity from the 'flor' yeast aromas and a long delicate finish.

Aged following a biological aging in the cool and humid air of the port town of El Puerto de Santa María, where the flor grows in ideal environmental conditions.
Pale straw colour, dry, light and smooth. This Fino is laced with scents of the sea and profound “flor” aromas. Clean and fresh, with a slight taste of tangy yeast.

The benchmark Fino. Dry and supremely tangy, with incredible depth.

Barbadillo’s Finos are more Manzanilla-like in style, but are aged in Bodegas with less exposure to the cooling sea breezes. The flor in the barrels grows vigorously in these cellars so the wine is a little more nutty and toasty than the more appley and yeasty Manzanillas of Sanlucar.

Off-dry and nutty

Cream Sherry is an Oloroso that has been sweetened with the Pedro Ximénez grapes. Rich, dark and sweet, with traditional Cream character.

Fino style Sherries age under a layer of “flor” (a naturally occurring layer of yeast that grows on top of the wine in the barrel); this ensures the wines do not oxidise as there is no exposure to the air. The cooler maritime microclimate of Sanlúcar ensures flor grows particularly thickly all year round producing these very fresh, tangy Manzanillas, unlike the more oxidised Finos aged in the inland town of Jerez, where the flor dies back in the winter and summer months.

Barbadillo Pale Cream is a young Manzanilla that has been aged in American oak casks for three years in the Solera system. It is then blended with a sweet Moscatel wine and fortified to 17.5% before being fined, filtered and bottled.
Golden colour with a familiar Manzanilla and ripe sultana fruit nose. On the palate it is rich and pleasantly cloying with a long sweet finish.

100% Moscatel from Lustau’s vineyard “Las Cruces” in Chipiona. Aged for 8 years in Jerez de la Frontera.

A classic Pedro Ximenez from Barbadillo that offers concentrated aromas of plums, raisins and dark chocolate that are echoed on the palate. Try pairing this sherry with chocolate-based desserts or Foie-gras.

This delicious Pedro Ximenez has a liquid Christmas cake character, great depth and a lovely flick of acidity on the finish which serves to emphasise the unctuous sweetness and flavours of dried fig and raisins.

Néctar shows an intense ebony colour with iodine tones and intense legs due to high sugar content. On the nose rich aromas of fruits such as raisins, figs and dates accompanied by honey, syrup and fruit preserve. On the palate velvety and smooth with good acidity which alleviates the sweetness. Long and flavourful finish.

This is an oloroso which has been sweetened with a touch of Pedro Ximenez to create a style of sherry called 'amoroso'. This name, which means 'loving', acknowledges the smoothness achieved through the long aging period. A beautifully balanced and silky sherry with notes of plums and dried fruits.
