This Bourgogne Blanc was vinified and raised in stainless steel exhibiting beautiful ripe citrus flavours and aromas, with a slight mineral note and a long finish. Great value white Burgundy.

The 2021 blend is 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Gris and 10% Semillon. The wine is fermented in barriques and then aged in the same for six months, which gives texture, body, and fullness to match the citrus notes. Lovely length and tightness to the palate ensure that this will cellar for a good few years, but not absolutely necessary.

The wine itself is a fantastic value introduction to Amber / Orange Wine, full bodied, with gently intense peach and dried apricot flavours. Exotic and mouthfilling with a dry and gently tannic finish, this can be drunk with a wide range of dishes, including roast chicken and mature cheeses.
The distinctive label is a tribute to traditional Georgian folk song.

The wine is straw-yellow with green reflections. On the nose it has notes of jasmine, basil and grapefruit, sensations of tomato leaf and fresh laurel leaves. On the palate it is minerally and sapid, with scents of aromatic herbs as oregano and mint.

This estate has been transformed over the past five years to organic cultivation, taking advantage of the hot, dry conditions that prevent rot. Unoaked, elegant and full bodied, with a nice floral nose, rich flavours and the fruit giving a long balanced dry finish.

Viorica wine is made entirely from Viorica grapes, harvested manually and vinified by the traditional method. The white wine Viorica de Purcari is a sensory explosion: it has the aroma of acacia and basil flowers, it is fresh, easy and memorable. The golden color, with bright amber shades, is complemented wonderfully with its balanced and velvety taste and the fine taste of muscatel.
