This 2017 Shiraz made by Tom Barry, the talented grandson of Jim Barry, has rich dark berried fruit character that is layered with hints of spice and violet. Great structure on the palate with elegant savoury tannins enveloping the fruit through to an everlasting finish.

This wine is bright ruby red in colour with a vivid purple rim in the glass. Aromas of ripe dark fruits such as blood plum and blackberry are complemented by savoury notes of black olives and oak char. On the palate, it is a full-bodied, mouth-filling wine with fine grained tannins and concentrated dark fruits, and a hint of coffee and mocha on the long finish.

This Valpolicella from the hills of the Classico area is a delicious example of the wine this area is famous for. Corvina expresses its vibrant and quaffable character with fresh and bright cherry flavours.

The cooler 1998 has an elegant Cinsault dominance; the colour is lighter and more delicately perfumed than a typical vintage.
