A beautiful amber colour clear and brilliant in appearance. Intense on the nose with hints of fine wood, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg and crystallized fruits. Due to its age, it is dry and powerful on the palate, but at the same time demonstrates delicacy and finesse. It has a wonderfully long finish to enhance the overall experience.

Very powerful and viscous with marvellous fig, coffee and caramel flavours.

A medium intensity mahogany colour. Delicate on the nose, with intense dried fruits, hazelnuts and walnuts. Notes of spices, vanilla and more dried fruit on the palate. Full bodied and with a long sophisticated finish.

This is a traditional 26% ABV Sloe Gin but with a bit of a spicy twist. We macerate the Sloes for a minimum of 6 months in a combination of all our gins to give it subtle underlying spices and flavours. We don’t over sugar it so you can still taste predominantly Sloes. This gin is great for any time of the year – warm and spicy in the winter time when you are out and about in the countryside or just out walking the dog and need a nip of something sweet.

Fernet-Branca has a coffee colored tint and intensely spiced aroma. ... Although there are some fruit notes on the taste, the overwhelming notes are barks and spices. The fernet has a medium-plus fullness, a moderate sweetness and bitter finish, although there are more bitter amari and fernets out there

Krombacher’s journey to the top has been attributed for the most part to the success of their pilsner. However they do not have just one beer. In, in fact much more recently in 2007, Krombacher released their weizen beer into the world. Stronger than the pils at 5.3%, it is an amber coloured wheat with a classic haze from the yeast making the texture cloudy. It contains Krombacher’s locally sourced spring water and has Hallertau hops and wheat, caramel and barley malts. A pure yeast strain and a full fermentation guarantee a wheat taste like no other. The aroma is that of banana and honey, courtesy of the malts and the taste is mild and soft whilst bursting with flavour. This can be served around 8 °C and can accompany lighter dishes such as seafood and salads as well as poultry.
