This quintessential Margaret River wine style personifies region and lifestyle. The wine’s aroma is generous and punchy with layers of tropical fruits; it is crisp and dry with the palate displaying ripe nectarines, passionfruit and guava, the finish is clean and refreshing.

This wine is bright ruby red in colour with a vivid purple rim in the glass. Aromas of ripe dark fruits such as blood plum and blackberry are complemented by savoury notes of black olives and oak char. On the palate, it is a full-bodied, mouth-filling wine with fine grained tannins and concentrated dark fruits, and a hint of coffee and mocha on the long finish.

A beautiful lemon and lime sherbet style classic Riesling. Very fresh and crisp with layers of waxy stone fruit and floral notes finishing on a lovely almost toasty note.

High up the ‘slopes of schist’ in the rugged mountainous terroir of Séguret lies a single vineyard so predominantly planted with Grenache Noir (intermingled only here and there with some Syrah) that the resulting wine – Les Coteaux Schisteux – comes close to being one of the purest expressions of Grenache Noir in the southern Rhône valley.

The 2015 vintage comes with a nose of baked black cherry fruit and cigar box. This follows through on to the palate with a medium body, lovely rich fruit and well balanced earthy taste. Soft tannins on the mid palate and a medium finish.

Classic, weighty Claret from St Estephe.

A blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Dense ruby/purple, with notes of blueberry pie interwoven with charcoal, liquorice, some chalky crushed rocks and a distinctive floral note. Aromas of dark berry, violet and scorched earth take shape on this. The bright palate offers juicy Marasca cherry, clove and star anise alongside polished tannins and fresh acidity.

Coste & Fossati is a selection of antique biotypes of Dolcetto, selected by Aldo Vajra between 1978 and 1985, and grafted in two of the best vineyards of Bricco di Vergne in Barolo (the vineyard Coste and Fossati). They produce an intense and spiced Dolcetto.

The wine has a lovely and intense dark garnet colour. It exudes aromas and flavours of black cherries, chocolate, coffee, and raisins, along with a note of almonds. Despite a formidable structure, the palate is velvety, spicy and elegant, with an extremely long and lingering finish.

A parcel of attractively ripe, textural Sem Sauv, showing some evolution but still holding up well thanks to the quality of old vine Semillon, 30% naturally fermented, and extended ageing on lees before bottling. Excellent wine for the money.

This batch comes from cooler climate fruit, mainly Banghoek and Franschhoek. 12% ABV and lighter in style than the usual Wild House blend but with real quality, it's excellent in its own right.
