Elaborately textured, full-flavoured Viognier. The wine is aptly named after the Latin name for silk, 'Serica'. In the 14th century, silk production or sericulture was as widespread in this region as viticulture.

This duo of Sauvignon Blanc and Gros Manseng will seduce you with its intense notes of exotic and citrus fruits, with a streak of minerality and freshness. This elegant and harmonious vintage will perfectly accompany your entire meal.

This 130-hectare vineyard is located at the foot of the Gascogne Pyrenees and specialises in white varietals. Warm weather during the day and cool nights give ideal conditions to produce fresh, characterful Sauvignon Blanc.
Very pale in appearance, the wine has a lovely fresh and zesty nose with white fruit and citrus aromas. The palate is dry and searching with plenty of fruit and mouthwatering acidity.

Domaine Horgelus Colombard Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing and fun white wine that shows the sunnier side of Sauvignon Blanc, despite it only making up 25% of the blend. In typical Horgelus style, it’s full of flavour and jumps from the glass. Citrussy, tropical and an exercise in fruity freshness and zing, this is full of white grapefruit, gooseberries and blackcurrant leaves on the nose and palate. Cracking value, and more grown-up than a lot of New Zealand Sauvignons.

Brilliant and limpid with a pale greenish gold hue. The aromas are particularly expressive in this rather hot vintage, with stone fruit such as apricot or vine peach, evolving to floral notes of acacia blossom and aniseed. Good balance in the mouth, fresh, fruity and round, with a delicious minerality which is the signature of this wine from one vintage to the next.

The Chapeau Chenin is a fresh dry white wine with a hint of spice. The colour is bright with pale green tinges. The nose exhibits floral aromas and notes of ripe apricots giving way to a mouth-watering palate packed with citrus freshness.

Greenish colour with gold highlights. The nose is very floral with touches of aniseed. The palate is smooth, full and fresh citrus. A top end picpoul indeed!
