From the heart of the Loire Valley this wine is pure opulence. All the fruit is from a small limestone-rich vineyard in the heart of the Loire. Honeyed pear, quince, yellow apple dominate the palate with a slight smoky quality. The palate is rich yet zippy, complex yet fresh. Try with shellfish or pork.
