The wishbone is broken between two people whilst each make a silent wish - the one who gets the bigger half also gets their wish (supposedly!). We liked the bony-ness of the name, the structure beneath that holds the wine altogether.

Germans were the first free immigrants into Australia in the 1850s onwards. They planted Shiraz in Barossa. Germans also invented letter-press in the 1500s. The suspicion around the “magick” of a printing press at the coupled with the inky hands of the printers meant that the art became known as the Black Craft. The wine is an homage to both the German influence of the oldest wine making in Australia, as well as the letterpress.

Tamblyn is named after the Willson family's ancestors who migrated to Australia from Cornwall.

The wines of Jim Barry are renowned throughout the wine world as icons of Clare Valley, voted ‘2020 Winery of the Year’ at the Halliday Wine Companion Awards they produce highly acclaimed and award-winning wines year in and year out. Having some of the most vineyards in Australia also helps! This 2017 Shiraz made by Tom Barry, the talented grandson of Jim Barry, has rich dark berried fruit character that is layered with hints of spice and violet. Great structure on the palate with elegant savoury tannins enveloping the fruit through to an everlasting finish.

Selkirk in the Scottish borders was the ancestral home of the Willson family. The wine is named in honour of Rebecca and Lucy's grandfather.

High up the ‘slopes of schist’ in the rugged mountainous terroir of Séguret lies a single vineyard so predominantly planted with Grenache Noir (intermingled only here and there with some Syrah) that the resulting wine – Les Coteaux Schisteux – comes close to being one of the purest expressions of Grenache Noir in the southern Rhône valley.

A brilliant deep purple red colour. The nose, typical of this appellation bordering with Spain whose vines spread over the foothills of the Pyrenees, harbours black fruit and notes of garrigue with juniper and spices offering the powerful fragrance that is specific to the Roussillon. Generous, with cinnamon, liquorice and white pepper, followed by hints of blackberry and blackcurrant with a beautifully fresh, lightly menthol finish. Excellent balance with great harmony between maturity, freshness and silky tannins. A wine that is typically Mediterranean and superbly elegant at the same time.
