Sherry

Truly awesome! The awesomeness of which will set any sherry aficionados taste buds trembling.

NOTE: THIS IS A 50cl BOTTLE Mahogany coloured. Aromas and flavours of caramel, toasted almonds and dried apricots. Very expressive and complex. Good acidity, and a very long persistent finish.

Deliciosa' Manzanilla is produced using the traditional method of the Solera and Criadera system. Matured in Sancúlar de Barrameda, a town on the Atlantic coast, within the "Golden Triangle" area of Jerez-Xérès-Sherry production. Here, the gentle sea breezes help to give this wine a very dry, light, crisp and slightly salty flavour. Fresh and intriguing on the nose.

Pale straw colour, dry, light and smooth. This Fino is laced with scents of the sea and profound “flor” aromas. Clean and fresh, with a slight taste of tangy yeast.

Alluring, versatile and hugely drinkable.

Lustau’s Fino del Puerto has an intensely fruity character in its infancy with notes of ripe yellow apples, pears and white peach all present. In many ways it is more like white wine than a Sherry on the nose. The palate gives away its origins though; it is very pure with a savoury backbone. Delicate touches of dried apricot vie with a hint of marmite on the subtle, yet long finish

Palo Cortado from a single vineyard, the estate of Marchanudo. Mahogany coloured with copper tinges, delicate and pungent on the nose extremely elegant with reminiscences of old oak and naturally dry fruits. The taste is dry, rich in flavour, good acidity very complex, long and persistent, in perfect harmony with its aroma.
