Served chilled on its own, this Quince Gin is an ideal replacement for desert wines, especially if paired with apple crumble alongside a cheese board (Manchego especially). Because it is not technically a Gin (it’s not over 37.5% ABV) expect to see some name changes to comply with regulation, but whatever the final name written on the bottle is – seek this out, it is well worth it! Ridiculous and delicious.

THE King's Ginger - a liqueur specifically formulated by Berry Bros. in 1903 for King Edward VII.
Rich and zesty, the liqueur was created to stimulate and revivify His Majesty during morning rides in his new horseless carriage - a Daimler.
A quirky and high-strength liqueur created by the careful maceration of ginger root, enlivened by the judicious addition of citrus in the form of lemon oil for an unexpectedly fresh lift.
It has been appreciated by bon viveurs, sporting gentlemen and high-spirited ladies ever since.

Owner Sebastiaan van Bokkel describes Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin as Dutch Courage mixed with Indonesian spice. We agree – Bobby’s is an exotic and contemporary Gin that is sure to have heads turning.Bobby’s Gin is multilayered and soft on the nose – there is no spiritedness’ yet it is incredibly fragrant. Lemongrass and rosehips burst on the nose in an intoxicatingly exotic mix. Complex clove and coriander seed flavours follow up these elements once tasted, with a refreshing zing from the lemongrass joining in. The juniper anchors the gin while cubebs linger long after the sip has disappeared.
The Gin works well in a Gin & Tonic but is easy to imagine working well in a multitude of cocktails, especially, re-interpretations of classic Genever based punches.

A triple distilled blended Irish Whiskey produced in Cork and made, unusually, with all three styles of Irish whiskey: single pot still, single malt and grain. First produced in 1779, it wasn't until 1913 that it changed it's name to Paddy after legendary salesman Paddy Flaherty. Before that it had the rather catchy name of "Cork Distilling Company Map of Ireland Old Irish Whiskey". Rolls right off the tongue that one.

Vecchia Romagna is obtained by using exclusively wines coming from the pressing of highly selected Trebbiano grapes, that grow only in Romagna, between the upper Adriatic and Po Valley.
Through extremely selective distillation, the ethyl alcohol and the noble parts of the wine are separated from the other parts - such as the tops and tails - that can harm the spirit.
The first process to ennoble and enhance the product, is followed by the long, delicate period of aging.
The spirit rests for many years in silent cellars, in valuable small oak barrels, letting time and nature merge together. Periodically, the lots are tasted to check how they are taking to
the barrel and are then transferred into older and larger casks, where the process of harmonising the aromas is completed.
Mixing with the wood’s colouring and tannin, the spirit’s aromatic substances are slowly transformed, gradually creating the unmistakable bouquet and taste of Vecchia Romagna brandy, Italy’s best selling spirit and one of the symbols which make Italy celebrated for its taste, creativity and style throughout the World.

Fernet-Branca has a coffee colored tint and intensely spiced aroma. ... Although there are some fruit notes on the taste, the overwhelming notes are barks and spices. The fernet has a medium-plus fullness, a moderate sweetness and bitter finish, although there are more bitter amari and fernets out there
