Colchagua Valley

Deep red in colour with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, chocolate, and spice. The palate has good concentration and silky tannins. Grown in Apalta, the best-known region for producing Carmenere. Really hot in summer that helps the grapes ripen in a very good way for this variety. Steep slopes with deep soils with decomposed rocks that help roots break through easily.

Deep ruby red colour. The nose is packed with layers of cassis and strawberry flavors, with combined hints of black cherries and chocolate, with a prevalence of fruit over oak. A full-bodied, flavourful wine, with rich red fruit with a touch of vanilla and solid, friendly ripe tannins and a pleasant finish. Recommended for pairing it with a piece of soft red meats, pastas or as wine by the glass.

A wine that is named after the oak forests which surround Emiliana's magical Colchagua home, Los Robles. Coyam is the ultimate expression of this estate and is a field blend of their best selection.
