Viorica wine is made entirely from Viorica grapes, harvested manually and vinified by the traditional method. The white wine Viorica de Purcari is a sensory explosion: it has the aroma of acacia and basil flowers, it is fresh, easy and memorable. The golden color, with bright amber shades, is complemented wonderfully with its balanced and velvety taste and the fine taste of muscatel.

This is an amazing thing. Top quality Malbec grapes are left on the vines after harvest for a period of up to 3 months. Over this time they shrivel up like raisins and the juice becomes very, very concentrated and sweet. The natural syrupy juice takes an age to ferment and once it has, the wine is aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. The end result is a top-end Malbec that is 100% naturally sweet; sweet but not 'sticky', and the tannins are still there to provide staunch structure and see the wine through subsequent years of bottle age. A wonderul oddity.

Moraitis Malvasia is rich and full bodied with a light sweetness, enticing wine drinkers with a usually dryer palate. The mesmerizing dark bronze colour with golden hues, hints at the long, delicate ageing in oak, imparting colour into the wine. Aromas of dried apricots, golden raisins, and honey glide beautifully and gradually towards more concentrated notes of caramel and dried nuts. The wine keeps a characteristic freshness of the Monemvasia variety, and the coastal attributes inherent to the vine and the terroir itself. An incredibly enticing wine that will make you want to finish the bottle!

Marco Porello Birbet is a sweet, fizzy red made from partially fermented, bunched Brachetto grapes. It is low in alcohol (5%) and bursting with fantastic flavours of fresh raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants. The low alcohol and good acidity makes it a great partner for desserts and fruit puddings. It is a real Piedmontese speciality!
