Bobal

Ruby colour. In the nose crystallized fruit, sweet and subtly toasted spices thanks to the time spent in the barrel. Medium intensity in the mouth with a balanced tannin.

The most delicious bright, juicy-fruited, vibrant style of rose; try it the Spanish way and pour it over ice as a long drink. Pasión de Bobal is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes from south-east Spain's indigenous Bobal variety located in Camporrobles within the D.O. Utiel-Requena region. 2019 vintage - Sommelier Wine Awards 2020 Gold
