Picpoul

Vibrant and fresh, a perfect Picpoul!

Greenish colour with gold highlights. The nose is very floral with touches of aniseed. The palate is smooth, full and fresh citrus. A top end picpoul indeed!

Top white Châteauneuf, worthy of the name.

Pale gold with green hints. Clean, fresh grapefruit citrus, almonds, elderflower nose. Refreshingly dry with generous flavours of pineapple, grapefruit, jasmine and apricot. Crisp mineral bite of steely, racy acid on finish.

The creaminess and volume of the ten months of contact in double lees, the mouth is full and sweet.
