Tasting Note
This quintessential Margaret River wine style personifies region and lifestyle. The wine’s aroma is generous and punchy with layers of tropical fruits; it is crisp and dry with the palate displaying ripe nectarines, passionfruit and guava, the finish is clean and refreshing.
The grapes are grown in deeper sandy clays with larger canopies sheltering the fruit, preserving aromatics and natural acidity. The fruit is de-stemmed and crushed straight to the press and the cold juice extracted. Fermented at low temperature, the resultant wine is allowed to rest in tank on lees and stirred regularly for several months. No time spent in oak.
