Tasting Note
There can't be much better Sancerre than this! This exciting new producer has proved a new kid on the block can rise to the top of the pile with ease. That classic formula of flinty flavour backed up by wonderfully restrained fruit works like a dream here!
The grapes are pressed and separated from the musts straight after harvest. Temperatures are controlled during fermentation and the musts are pumped over at regular intervals.
