Tasting Note
Pago Aylés Unexpected Syrah is a Spanish red wine from the Aragon region produced at the prestigious Pago Aylés winery. This wine is made from 100% Syrah giving it an intense, deep ruby colour and a rich aroma of ripe black fruits such as blackberries and plums with notes of spice, chocolate, vanilla and light smoke. The palate is full bodied and well structured with velvety tannins, good acidity and a long, elegant finish. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, game, Mediterranean dishes, and mature cheeses.
