Tasting Note
Light gold center with shimmering silver throughout. The nose is a mélange of citrus, leafy herbs, flowers, and essential oils. Grilled Meyer lemon, white peach, lemon verbena, Jasmine flower, chamomile, parsley leaf, and salted caper berry emerge with time. The palate is anchored by citrus and stone fruit, with all the delicious savoury elements of Mediterranean fare. It’s rich and full while remaining bright, focused, and directional.
