Bright white foam and a steady stream of bubbles flow through the golden straw colour of this 100% Chardonnay from Burgundy. Biscuit and cream on the nose. The palate shows crisp acidity and notes of green apple, pear, and toast, with a chalky, limestone finish.

NOTE: THIS IS A SINGLE SERVE BOTTLE (20cl) A fresh and dry sparkling rose with persistent white foam, beautifully cherry pink in colour. Red berry characters on the nose and palate make this soft and approachable in character.

Rathfinny’s rosé has a pale coral hue and a vibrant nose with aromas of cranberry, cherry blossom and red apple. The palate is lively with concentrated notes of pink grapefruit and brioche. Juicy acidity and silky texture punctuate the wine’s refreshing finish.
