In a pale yellow colour shines a joyous foam that is subtle and persistent, enhancing the soft, youthful fragrance. The characteristic aroma ranges from fruity to floral. It is a soft wine, at once velvety and dry thanks to its balanced acidic notes. Splendidly balanced, it is undoubtedly a product of superior quality. The surprising freshness that tickles as it lingers, makes this wine suitable for all occasions. A fine aperitif that is also excellent with shellfish.

Cloudy Bay is less famous for its fizz, but we think these are terrific wines and just as good (if not better) than their famous Sauvignon Blanc. This bottle is made only from Chardonnay.

Very floral aromas and touches of white fruit, apple, and ripe pear. Aniseed spices of mediterranean herbs. Very silky, elegant, and harmonious mouth pass. Well structured. Long mouth refreshing, with soft touches of citrus fruits and light notes of fennel.

Rioja's excellent Bodegas Muga makes tiny quantities of this fine sparkling wine from viura grapes grown on the Prado Enea vineyards in Rioja Alta. Classy, gentle and serious.

Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, denoting a good evolution in bottle. Very fine, persistent bubbles that form a perfect crown. The nose stands out for its freshness and elegance. Aromas of ripe white stone fruit, such as apple, with subtle floral notes and a delicate touch of pastry. The palate is balanced, fresh and creamy. Smooth mouthfeel, given by a good integration of the bubbles, appearing pleasant toasted notes and an aniseed finish.

This blend of chardonnay and pinot noir from high-altitude vineyards has rich flavours of pears and peaches. It’s broad, delicious and very fruity.

Lively in the mouth, the palate has a natural feel with ripe blue fruit and a deep mousse.

This exceptional Cava is made by one of our favourite Rioja producers, Bodegas Muga, from grapes more commonly associated with Rioja. The wine is made with extreme care and undergoes significant ageing before release. Full of powerful fruit flavours such as ripe peach, citrus, and quince. The wine is long and persistent with a with fine vanilla notes complimenting the fruit. This can be enjoyed on it's own or match with fruit based desserts.

100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru grapes. This is light without lacking power with yellow fruit, cooked lemon and a hint of shortbread. Classy Champagne.

This dessert wine is sweet and fresh with alluring aromas of white flowers, lemon and melon, with delicious tropical and citrus fruit flavours.

The nose reveals notes of citrus zest, candied fruit and flowers combined with hints of dried apricot along with slight notes of spice and minerality. The palate is fresh, balanced, mineral and offers a good tension. In the mouth it expresses notes of citrus zest, green lemon zest and slight notes of apple, dried apricot and peach. Good length on the finish.

This wine has a golden colour and a characteristic nose which combines notes of exotic fruits, wax, toast and spices. On the palate it is generous with a smooth texture and classic “botrytis” notes. Displays a good balance of acidity and sugar and retains its sucrosité without being cloying.

Moraitis Malvasia is rich and full bodied with a light sweetness, enticing wine drinkers with a usually dryer palate. The mesmerizing dark bronze colour with golden hues, hints at the long, delicate ageing in oak, imparting colour into the wine. Aromas of dried apricots, golden raisins, and honey glide beautifully and gradually towards more concentrated notes of caramel and dried nuts. The wine keeps a characteristic freshness of the Monemvasia variety, and the coastal attributes inherent to the vine and the terroir itself. An incredibly enticing wine that will make you want to finish the bottle!

Oremus is responsible for some of the sleekest and most elegant modern new-wave Tokajis to come from the historic Hungarian region. This is a glorious confection of finely oaked, rich marmaladey intensity with undertones of dried apricot, honey and raisin, all beautifully balanced by the typical acidity of the Furmint grape, which is very much the hallmark of the style.

Deep gold in colour with an expressive nose of ripe peaches, honey and orange peel. The palate is sweet with classic notes of honeysuckle, dried apricots and figs with a lovely fresh acidity and an exceptionally long finish

Golden yellow in colour, intense and persistent nose, floral and fruity, reminiscent of raisin grapes, plus a sweet note of honey and acacia, with an intense and persistent, mellow and elegant palate.

A dessert wine made from choice white grapes of the Malvasia del Chianti and Pulcinculo (Grechetto Bianco) varieties, selected at harvest-time and are laid out to dry until the beginning of February. The storing and ageing of the wine then takes place in small oak barrels which impart flavours of sweet spice and vanilla to the finished wine. It is amber in colour, the aroma is intense with notes of ripe fruit and it is broad, velvety and mouth-filling on the palate.

One of the most interesting and diverse sweet wines we've ever come across! Made from garganega grapes dried on straw mats for about five months!

Recioto Giovanni Allegrini is deep ruby red in color and has a spicy bouquet with hints of dried fruit. It is full and velvety on the palate.

An exceptional dessert wine made using traditional methods. Trebbiano grapes are carefully selected and dried for several months. The must is fermented and aged for more than five years in wooden casks made of chestnut, oak, cherry and mulberry.

The colheita Moscatel de Setubal is actually far from it, displaying all the hallmarks of classic muscat from Portugal. Made and aged in Quinta do Piloto's large concrete anforae, there's dried fruit, caramel, spices, florals and especially citrus orange peel. Classic, sweet marmalade flavours, and around 150 g/L residual sugar is balanced by great acidity.

Topaz colour. Complex aromas with notes of caramel, orange and spices and nuances of linden tea.

A fortified wine, white, velvety body with unique characteristics thanks to a fortunate combination of elements: grape, climate, soil, wood, and of course, Man.

This beautiful Ice Wine Cuvée is vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged for about 16 months. For making this wine, the frozen grapes are pressed. This way only the juice and sugar come out of the grapes. This results in a very sweet and aromatic wine.

Bright golden yellow. The bouquet shows fine herbs and delicate nuances of stone fruits and lychee. Notes of pineapple offers exotic nuances in the finish combined with a touch of honey.
