Tasting Note
The grapes for L’Alba Negre are handpicked, and then each bunch is individually selected to ensure the highest quality. This wine is a dashing and daring blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sumoll. Only the best makes it through – only the free-run juices are used. They are then fermented together during its short, six-month aging in French oak barrels, adding mature characteristics that respect its youthful aromas.
