This Bourgogne Blanc was vinified and raised in stainless steel exhibiting beautiful ripe citrus flavours and aromas, with a slight mineral note and a long finish. Great value white Burgundy.

Flinty, grassy and classy Sauvignon. Gold pale tinted wine with hints of peach and grapefruit on the nose. On the palate,this wine does not disappoint and is well balanced with citrus and stone fruit flavours.

From the heart of the Loire Valley this wine is pure opulence. All the fruit is from a small limestone-rich vineyard in the heart of the Loire. Honeyed pear, quince, yellow apple dominate the palate with a slight smoky quality. The palate is rich yet zippy, complex yet fresh. Try with shellfish or pork. This will cellar for another 10 years or so. Biodynamic.

Condrieu grape variety - at a non-Condrieu price! Grapes are from vineyards just outside the Condrieu appellation in the Northern Rhone. Yves Cuilleron lives up to his great reputation with this outstanding wine.

A classic introduction to white Burgundy.

A velvety smooth Chardonnay, well rounded with a soft texture; done entirely in stainless steel. It shows great finesse and remarkable balance.

Orange wine fermented on the skin with indigenous yeasts. Intense and aromatic nose with aromas of flower, citrus and notes of candied kumquat. Nice spicy finish with soft tannins. No sulfite were added.

A captivating nose with aromas of rose, exotic fruit and dried flowers. It is full and powerful on the palate, with a nice freshness! A touch of spice on the finish; this Gewurztraminer is balanced, deep, with already good complexity and a long finish.

Some aeration will reveal sweet Mirabelle aromas and some acacia honey. The palate shows a nice concentration, medium intensity on the middle palate, and eventually becomes more and more impressive on the finish. This is a very dry wine but with a velvety texture and sapid fresh acidity.

Beautiful wine with a golden glow. Its nose evokes acacia, white flowers with a touch of exotic fruits. The mineral aromas blend perfectly with notes of citrus, honey and a slight touch of hazelnut. The richness of the terroir of this plot brings roundness and length.

The bolder Michaut style deftly added to the more restrained style of Vau-Lignau to create a textural, elegant white.

Pale gold with just a hint of green, the nose is fresh and beautifully precise. Green apple, lemon zest, a touch of white flowers and a mineral seam of flint or crushed seashells. On the palate it is taut and lively: citrus (grapefruit, lime), crisp unripe pear with racy acidity giving real freshness. The mineral backbone shines through, lending tension and drive. There’s generous fruit ripeness without heaviness, no oak influence and a drying finish that leaves a vivid streak of salinity and subtle citrus bitterness. Top white Châteauneuf, worthy of the name.

This Grand Cru Riesling is produced by Bruno Sorg and comes from the steeply terraced Grand Cru Pfersigberg vineyard near Eguisheim. The wine is dry and complex with the classic ripe red apple flavours and a steely dryness combined with refreshing acidity. Will age well over 10 years.

A cracking wine, only produced in the best years. 100% sauvignon grapes aged in new oak to give an interesting and full wine with elegance. On the nose, there are notes of almond and exotic fruits which are followed in the mouth by more floral, elegant flavours.

The cousins Vacheron, dubbed the “Kings of Sancerre” bring us a beautiful Sancerre Blanc with notes of Meyer lemon, sea spray, and stones providing a base for waves of mouth-watering citrus flavors.

Pale straw with green tinged highlights. On the nose there is an elegant mix of white flowers, lemon zest, green apple and a thread of crushed stone or slate minerality backed by subtle oak spice—vanilla, a touch of toast. The palate is medium to medium full with fresh citrus and orchard fruit (pear, apple) framed by creamy texture from lees ageing. The oak is present but well integrated: it adds depth without overwhelming. A crisp, mineral acidity lends lift and the finish is long, clean with lingering stone fruit and citrus peel alongside a gentle salinity and a subtle nut/almond note. Lovely balance; enjoyable now but capable of further development over a few more years.

Pale gold in the glass with a bright, slightly green tinged rim. On the nose it offers crisp orchard fruit; green apple, white peach with lemon zest and a whisper of stone fruit. There’s a mineral undercurrent, crushed limestone, faint flint and a subtle floral lift (something like acacia or white blossom) plus a soft background of toasted oak or warm vanilla. The palate is medium to full with vibrant acidity that brings freshness. Fruit is clean and pure: citrus and peach maybe a touch of apricot. The oak is present but well integrated adding creaminess without overwhelming the fruit. The minerality cuts through, giving a chalky texture, and the finish is long, elegant with saline tension and lingering citrus and stone notes. This is a wine with both immediacy and capacity to evolve over a few years.

Located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, Domaine Jacqueson’s 18 hectares of vines are spread across some of the region’s best growing sites, including Mercurey, Rully, and Bouzeron. The estate farms their vineyards without herbicides and highlights the importance of keeping yields low. This varietal Chardonnay is more floral and less opulent than most Côte de Beaune bottlings, marked by flavors of mandarin, lemon skin, crushed rocks, and white blossom. Great quality to price ratio!

The nose has wonderful grapefruit zest bitterness, with some gentle floral influenced honey. The palate in bright and clean acidity, and a voluptuous depth of stone fruit on the mid-palate. with subtle smokiness. It is a highly complex village wine that should evolve well for many years.

Jean-Marc uses barrels for three years (a third new, a third one year and a third two years) which brings harmony and balance to the wine. Floral aromas and red apple carrying through to a well textured palate.
