Bouchard Finlayson's Hannibal blend was originally prompted by the classic taste and palate of Italian varieties: Sangiovese and Nebbiolo.

Traditionally whole berry fermented, this Pinot matures in french oak casks for 15 months. composed of fleshy fruit - peach, apricot and nectarine. The finish
is very long and finely balanced, with scents of citrus fruits and
flowers echoing its bouquet.
