This is a very consistent wine with plenty of soft, open, easy-going blackcurrant fruit and hints of spice and vanilla oak on the finish.

A fine, elegant wine with plump red berried fruit and delicate hints of oak spice. Smooth and supple on the palate, with fine tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Bright ruby in colour, with juicy cherries and red berries on the nose. There is a hint of smoke, that pairs nicely with subtle graphite notes. The palate is plump with plums and cherries, yet light-footed, with fresh acidity and fine tannins gently framing the core of cool red and black fruit. Hints of earthiness and smokiness add to the complexity on the finish. Soft, supple and ready to drink now.

From the heart of the Loire Valley this wine is pure opulence. All the fruit is from a small limestone-rich vineyard in the heart of the Loire. Honeyed pear, quince, yellow apple dominate the palate with a slight smoky quality. The palate is rich yet zippy, complex yet fresh. Try with shellfish or pork. This will cellar for another 10 years or so. Biodynamic.

A nose of violets, raspberry, elderberry and blackcurrant leads to a palate of black fruit and subtle spices. A great summer drink.

Some aeration will reveal sweet Mirabelle aromas and some acacia honey. The palate shows a nice concentration, medium intensity on the middle palate, and eventually becomes more and more impressive on the finish. This is a very dry wine but with a velvety texture and sapid fresh acidity.

A captivating nose with aromas of rose, exotic fruit and dried flowers. It is full and powerful on the palate, with a nice freshness! A touch of spice on the finish; this Gewurztraminer is balanced, deep, with already good complexity and a long finish.

A velvety smooth Chardonnay, well rounded with a soft texture; done entirely in stainless steel. It shows great finesse and remarkable balance.

Orange wine fermented on the skin with indigenous yeasts. Intense and aromatic nose with aromas of flower, citrus and notes of candied kumquat. Nice spicy finish with soft tannins. No sulfite were added.

This continues in the complex palate which is both dense and refined, mixing depth and power. Traditional wooden vats are used for fermentation and both new and old barrels for ageing, nine or ten years bottle age will see this perfected!

Beautiful wine with a golden glow. Its nose evokes acacia, white flowers with a touch of exotic fruits. The mineral aromas blend perfectly with notes of citrus, honey and a slight touch of hazelnut. The richness of the terroir of this plot brings roundness and length.

Merlot-based, this wine has great structure with mouth-filling spicy fruit and fine length. Lovely plummy fruit is backed by fine tannins and the added nuance of Cabernet Franc.

A soft and silky Pinot Noir from Burgundy. This red wine has sweet, ripe raspberries and cherries on the nose carried through to the palate. Slightly spicy, elegant and complex.

Great finesse on the nose, wich releases a mixture of red fruit, fig and soft spicy note. On the palate, the wine shows great elegance and a lovely weave of red fruit and very fine tannins.

The bolder Michaut style deftly added to the more restrained style of Vau-Lignau to create a textural, elegant white.

Slender and fresh with stony minerality, blackberries, wild raspberries and a green hint of wild blueberry bushes and compost.

Located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, Domaine Jacqueson’s 18 hectares of vines are spread across some of the region’s best growing sites, including Mercurey, Rully, and Bouzeron. The estate farms their vineyards without herbicides and highlights the importance of keeping yields low. This varietal Chardonnay is more floral and less opulent than most Côte de Beaune bottlings, marked by flavors of mandarin, lemon skin, crushed rocks, and white blossom. Great quality to price ratio!

Rich burgundy color with slight browning on the edges. Nose of earth, ripe raspberries and tobacco. Flavors are similar but with the addition of smoke, brown sugar and bay leaf. Slight tartness on the perimeter of the mouthfeel. Delicate in feel, with a finish that dissipates into a slight tartness.

Wonderfully complex nose, with aromas of cassis and plums, swathed in savoury nuance with hints of truffle, roasted meats coffee and fresh leather. Rich yet graceful with succulent, soft, velvety tannins. At its peak right now, this delicious red still possesses plenty of life and will continue to drink for a few more years yet.

From a vineyard of over 60 year old vines, high up on an east-south-east facing slope. More up front flavour compared to the Vasées. Good tension. Again, not plush. It has a serious approach. Energetic acidity throughout. The mineral character is particularly evident in the finish. 40% new wood here. Cherry fruit, and cherry-skin tannins on the finish. Concentrated fruit mixed with sou-bois, with fine tension.

The Mercurey V.V. from Raquillet is made from 60-year-old vines and offers a ripe, spicy, and densely fruited nose of violets, dark berries and dried herbs. In the mouth, dense, delicious and velvety flavors with fine complexity on the impressively long finish.

A full, firm, ripe left-bank claret that shows style and richness. Superb vintage.

This has a very fine nose with delicate floral notes as well as apples, pears and a wonderful citrus-blossom aroma. On the palate this is elegant and mineral with delicious white fruit character and a lovely saline finish.
