Nicknamed the Giant of Provence, Mont Ventoux is the tallest mountain in the Monts de Vaucluse. This land of dreams and legends has been the setting for incredible stories involving men who one day dared to defy the mountain. The region setting is beautiful, but sometime hostile. The terroir consists of steep slopes, pebbly soil, and a windy, very sunny climate. Every vintage reflects the winegrower’s passion to produce optimum quality.

Bright red colour with a touch of ruby. On the nose there is a a mixture of red fruit with notes of undergrowth.
With its complex mixture of red berries overlaid with touches of undergrowth and with its fine tannins, this wine will seduce your senses and bring a touch of elegance.

The Chapeau Chenin is a fresh dry white wine with a hint of spice. The colour is bright with pale green tinges. The nose exhibits floral aromas and notes of ripe apricots giving way to a mouth-watering palate packed with citrus freshness.

The nose has generous notes of blackberry and lavender whilst the palate has soft rounded tanins. Long black berried fruit flavours are backed up with a spicy finish.

This spicy Cabernet Franc from the Languedoc is a beautiful bright ruby red in colour. The nose has red cherries and currants in abundance, these red fruits follow through on the palate with a menthol note and spicy pepper. The wine has beautiful structure with fine tannins and a long and powerful finish.

Expect citrus, tropical fruits and red fruits, all complimented by lovely acidity, making it such a refreshing rosé wine. This is the perfect rosé to try if you like Cotes de Provence but want to try something different.

Brilliant and limpid with a pale greenish gold hue. The aromas are particularly expressive in this rather hot vintage, with stone fruit such as apricot or vine peach, evolving to floral notes of acacia blossom and aniseed. Good balance in the mouth, fresh, fruity and round, with a delicious minerality which is the signature of this wine from one vintage to the next.

Each vintage, from the base in Cairanne, selected exceptional Grenache and Syrah are picked from the best Côtes du Rhône Villages to make Les Coteaux, which is then enriched with classified wine from Séguret, Sablet and the cru of Cairanne.

Spicy, characterful, southern red from vineyards in conversion to organic.

A rich, intense, spicy medium-bodied red wine from Cahors. Blackcurrant, blackberry and prune notes on the nose and the palate with a vanilla end note. Pairs well with red meat, game and soft cheeses.

Spice, violets and red fruit with a round, harmonious taste and a persistent finish.

A pale pink in colour, this Piquepoul rosé has a delicate nose of cherry blossom, strawberries and peaches. The palate is wonderfully fresh with summer berry flavours and notes of crushed rose petals. The fruity notes are balanced perfectly with a lively, citrus acidity leaving the palate refreshed.

Greenish colour with gold highlights. The nose is very floral with touches of aniseed. The palate is smooth, full and fresh citrus. A top end picpoul indeed!

Butterscotch, glazed fruits aroma. The palate is rich and runs with surprising freshness after the opening. There is a note of quince paste on the aftertaste, also herbes de Provence.

A fresh, clean nose of ripe, crushed strawberries with a touch of jam. Full and well-balanced on the palate, with red and black fruit (red currants, blackberries and blackcurrants). A fine wine, poised and full of flavour, with a spicy finish and a hint of truffle and liquorice. A very elegant wine with silky tannins.

Aromas of boxwood, wild juniper and cistus flowers give way to notes of red fruit, cherry and redcurrant. The sensation in the mouth is delicate, smooth and balanced with a succulently fruity and spicy finish.

A garnet red colour with raspberry tints. On the palate, ripe cherries & blackcurrants with notes of wild strawberry. Well balanced tannins with a supple texture and beautiful length.

Deep sultry red in the glass, the nose gives aromas of summer berries and a hint of spice. The palate is well balanced, round and fruity with a big mix of red, blue and black fruits. The finish is smooth and harmonious, with a touch of roasted coffee. This is the perfect easy drinking style that is characteristic of the everyday Moulin de Gassac range.
