No stabilisation before bottling so there may be signs of sediment. In this case it is advisable to decant the wine before drinking it.

Pago Aylés Unexpected Syrah is a Spanish red wine from the Aragon region produced at the prestigious Pago Aylés winery. This wine is made from 100% Syrah giving it an intense, deep ruby ​​colour and a rich aroma of ripe black fruits such as blackberries and plums with notes of spice, chocolate, vanilla and light smoke. The palate is full bodied and well structured with velvety tannins, good acidity and a long, elegant finish. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, game, Mediterranean dishes, and mature cheeses.

A really well balanced, medium bodied, dry red wine made from the carignan grape. Spicy cherry and plum fruits with some cream on the finish from 16 months in oak.

At the time of release, this wine showed a bright crimson red colour. On the nose, aromas of sweet ripe fruit and delicate notes of smokiness. On the palate, tastes of cherry, plum and blackberries combined with gentle clean aromas of oak. Elegant mouthfeel, a full body and a fresh and fruity aftertaste. This wine still has plenty of life in it and should drink very well for the next 10-15 years.

Amongst the white washed houses of Arcos de la Frontera, Andalucia, lies Finca Moncloa, a small vineyard owned by Gonzalez Byass. The Finca grows fruit with unique concentration and depth of flavour. Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes are hand selected and skilfully blended to create a velvety smooth, full bodied wine with complex flavours of ripe, red berry fruit, vanilla and spice.

The fruit for Scotto's Old Vine Zinfandel originates from one of the oldest and most distinctive Zinfandel growing regions in California.

McManis Family Vineyards Zinfandel is a dark purple wine, loaded with notes of ripe red currant, strawberry, caramelized sugar, and toasty oak. The savory red fruit on the palate leads to soft, supple tannins and a smooth finish.

Dark garnet in colour with a bouquet that is full of dark berry fruit, such as Blueberry, Blackberry and Black Cherry. Oak aging has contributed just a hint of smoke to the nose. The round, creamy wine delivers an abundance of the fruit flavours promised by the olfactory. The fruit and oak are well integrated and the complexity of the wine plays on the tongue long after the wine has been ingested.

Vivid purple in colour, with aromas of full toned Blackberry and Boysenberry. Caramel and Toffee are evident in the bouquet, as well as a Chocolate oak profile. The wine is substantial, yet has a rich soft cream texture of mocha. Very elegant and full of ripe black fruit flavors of Blackberry and Blueberry. These fruit flavors are savored in the lingering mouthwatering finish.
