Brilliant and limpid with a pale greenish gold hue. The aromas are particularly expressive in this rather hot vintage, with stone fruit such as apricot or vine peach, evolving to floral notes of acacia blossom and aniseed. Good balance in the mouth, fresh, fruity and round, with a delicious minerality which is the signature of this wine from one vintage to the next.

This spicy Cabernet Franc from the Languedoc is a beautiful bright ruby red in colour. The nose has red cherries and currants in abundance, these red fruits follow through on the palate with a menthol note and spicy pepper. The wine has beautiful structure with fine tannins and a long and powerful finish.

This Domaine Horgelus red wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat, the latter being a local grape variety making rich and powerful reds. The wine has a fabulous concentration with aromas of blackcurrant, licquorice and spices. On the palate it has soft, ripe tannins to support the dark fruit flavours. Pale gold with green highlights, this blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Viognier offers a fresh and expressive nose of white flowers, citrus zest and ripe orchard fruits like pear and peach, complemented by a subtle mineral undertone. A pale pink in colour, this Piquepoul rosé has a delicate nose of cherry blossom, strawberries and peaches. The palate is wonderfully fresh with summer berry flavours and notes of crushed rose petals. The fruity notes are balanced perfectly with a lively, citrus acidity leaving the palate refreshed.

Domaine du Tich Bordeaux Blanc is a dry, organic white wine from the Bordeaux region, typically a 50/50 blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc offering citrus, herbaceous and almond notes with good vivacity and length.

Aromas of boxwood, wild juniper and cistus flowers give way to notes of red fruit, cherry and redcurrant. The sensation in the mouth is delicate, smooth and balanced with a succulently fruity and spicy finish.

A brilliant deep purple red colour. The nose, typical of this appellation bordering with Spain whose vines spread over the foothills of the Pyrenees, harbours black fruit and notes of garrigue with juniper and spices offering the powerful fragrance that is specific to the Roussillon. Generous, with cinnamon, liquorice and white pepper, followed by hints of blackberry and blackcurrant with a beautifully fresh, lightly menthol finish. Excellent balance with great harmony between maturity, freshness and silky tannins. A wine that is typically Mediterranean and superbly elegant at the same time.
