A garnet red colour with raspberry tints. On the palate, ripe cherries & blackcurrants with notes of wild strawberry. Well balanced tannins with a supple texture and beautiful length.

Butterscotch, glazed fruits aroma. The palate is rich and runs with surprising freshness after the opening. There is a note of quince paste on the aftertaste, also herbes de Provence.

A fresh, clean nose of ripe, crushed strawberries with a touch of jam. Full and well-balanced on the palate, with red and black fruit (red currants, blackberries and blackcurrants). A fine wine, poised and full of flavour, with a spicy finish and a hint of truffle and liquorice. A very elegant wine with silky tannins.

Deep sultry red in the glass, the nose gives aromas of summer berries and a hint of spice. The palate is well balanced, round and fruity with a big mix of red, blue and black fruits. The finish is smooth and harmonious, with a touch of roasted coffee. This is the perfect easy drinking style that is characteristic of the everyday Moulin de Gassac range.

This is a round fleshy wine, pleasant to drink even at an early age offering ripe fruity aromas and a lovely balance in the mouth with supple tannins.
An excellent value Bordeaux, the wine offers rich red fruit on a palate that is supple and round. The silky tannins blend easily with the fruit character and pairs beautifully with dishes like braised lamb or steak.

A new classification—Coteaux Bourguignons—was created in 2011 to replace two older classifications.
Essentially, “Coteaux Bourguignons” translates to the “hills of Burgundy,” and wines labelled under this designation have no restrictions attached. That means you can find red, rosé, and white wines that might be a single varietal-wine or a blend of grapes. Reds are usually made from a blend of pinot noir & gamay which go together rather well!
Coteaux Bourguignons allows fruit to be sourced from greater Burgundy & Beaujolais regions. Domaine de la Creuze Noire Coteaux Bourguignons is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay which gives an exceptionally smooth soft approachable wine.

Grenache is predominant as with all the wines of the Domaine. It is blended with Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan. There is a rigorous selection of the grapes during the vendage.

The 2021 blend is 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Gris and 10% Semillon. The wine is fermented in barriques and then aged in the same for six months, which gives texture, body, and fullness to match the citrus notes. Lovely length and tightness to the palate ensure that this will cellar for a good few years, but not absolutely necessary.

Ô de Rosé is a tribute to their singular terroir, to the scenic grandeur of the local landscape and to the heartening Northern wind protecting their vineyards. The vineyards are rooted in the foothills of the Massif Central and plateauing over breathtaking views of the nearing Pyrenees and waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This patchwork of climates and terroirs is the secret behind Ô: the grapes are slowly matured in perfect weather conditions and produce a crisp and elegantly balanced wine.

The wine itself is a fantastic value introduction to Amber / Orange Wine, full bodied, with gently intense peach and dried apricot flavours. Exotic and mouthfilling with a dry and gently tannic finish, this can be drunk with a wide range of dishes, including roast chicken and mature cheeses.
The distinctive label is a tribute to traditional Georgian folk song.

Medium-bodied dry Riesling that has lovely flavours of peach and stone, with a hint of apricot. Nicely balanced acidity gives it a juicy grip.

Clean, fruity and wonderfully light on its feet, showing off the aromatic charm of the variety without being heavy or ponderous. It has a deliciously juicy texture and a delightfully delicate aroma of spice and fresh roses.

Villa Wolf Pinot Noir is warm and medium-bodied, with forward, dark cherry fruit, a firm structure and a spicy mid-palate. Six months of barrique aging gives it a smoky depth and a nice backbone of earthy tannins. Knocks much village Burgundy back into the Rhine without a splash!

A lively, fruity and spicy wine with tastes of pear, apple, citrus and notes of a floral nature. Clean and fresh with with crisp acidity.
