Kaapzicht's Estate Red is a Shiraz/Cabernet dominant blend from their estate vineyards in Stellenbosch.

Mourvedre is perfect for Waterkloof, with its head in the sun and feet in the sea. So, not one to follow fashion, Paul Boutinot has made it the most planted red grape on this biodynamic farm. Despite this confidence, nobody could have anticipated such spectacular results when upon the release of the first vintage from 2015, the wine garnered a rave review and score of 94 points by Tim Atkin MW.

The Petit Verdot contributes to the muscular structure of the wine while the Shiraz adds a distinctive flavour and spice to the mid-palate. The Malbec adds bright berry fruit. This wine displays delicious dark black cherries with dark chocolate and spice on the mid-palate and a lingering finish.

Ou Hoofgebou Cabernet Sauvignon is an old school Stellenbosch Cabernet. Full bodied and dark fleshy berry fruit in a smooth sheen of oak.

The red clay and rich soils bring softer and plush elegant fruit to the aromatics. They also create tannins which are richer softer and sweeter to the other reds from the Waterford Estate. This blend consists of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Malbec.

Estate Reserve Red Blend (formerly Grand Vin de Glenelly) is the signature red wine of the estate, a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

The Mediterranean varietals typical to the regions of Southern France has inspired this blend made from vineyards in the Tulbagh Valley.

A complex blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon with just a hint of Viognier. An opulent style with super-fine tannins and a luscious palate named for the distinctly chocolately notes on both the nose and palate.

A great Bordeaux Blend. New world fruit with a slight heat typical of top South African red wines. Very smooth with a long finish.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot.
Baking spices, dark chocolate and black, vibrant fruits hint at the power to follow. Complex aromas of pure cassis, meat and oak spice lead to a well-integrated fruit centre with dense, but finely-tuned tannins. This is a wonderful blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Shiraz and 5% each of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot where the components are expressive but well-balanced and the whole is so much more than the parts. Powerful, explosive and medium- to full-bodied with the precision of 2017 shining through to a long-defined finish.

Traditionally whole berry fermented, this Pinot matures in french oak casks for 15 months. Firm in structure, the intense flavours expand with time to extraordinary opulence and length on the palate.
