Very floral aromas and touches of white fruit, apple, and ripe pear. Aniseed spices of mediterranean herbs. Very silky, elegant, and harmonious mouth pass. Well structured. Long mouth refreshing, with soft touches of citrus fruits and light notes of fennel.

Rioja's excellent Bodegas Muga makes tiny quantities of this fine sparkling wine from viura grapes grown on the Prado Enea vineyards in Rioja Alta. Classy, gentle and serious.

Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, denoting a good evolution in bottle. Very fine, persistent bubbles that form a perfect crown. The nose stands out for its freshness and elegance. Aromas of ripe white stone fruit, such as apple, with subtle floral notes and a delicate touch of pastry. The palate is balanced, fresh and creamy. Smooth mouthfeel, given by a good integration of the bubbles, appearing pleasant toasted notes and an aniseed finish.

Clear and bright mahogany in colour, it has aromas of grapey fruit, marmalade and toasted notes. It is smooth, complex, refreshingly sweet and palate cleansing.

Brilliant yellow hue. Fresh and intense, with a mix of sensations of freshly peeled apple, orange peel, bee pollen and aromatic herbs. Concentrated, fat but refreshing. Long finish.

Deep golden in colour with a distinct green olive hue. Exotic nose of honey, molasses, caramel and sweet spices. The palate is rich and viscous with concentrated flavours of orange peel, caramel and fig. The finish is lengthy and perfectly balanced. Try with a salty Spanish cheese such as Manchego or Mahon.

Natural sweet wine with an explosion of aromas and flavours expressing the concentration of soils at its highest potential. Produced with the best Mencía grapes picked when overripe to get fruity aromas with underlying mineral hints together with a beautiful balance between residual sugar and acidity. Sweet and concentrated mouthfeel surprisingly fresh and elegant with a velvety smooth finish.

Clos Sant Pau has a golden colour with greenish hues. It has an intense, and fresh nose. Aromas of orange peel and white truffle. On the palate, it presents itself as an elegant sweet wine with a predominance of white fruit and light touches of Mediterranean herbs: fennel and lemon verbena.

The ultimate in pudding sherry, this PX is one of the finest we've tasted.

Young wines from Pedro Ximenez grapes dried in the sun are used to elaborate this fine, sweet liqueur wine aged 24 months in French Vosges oak barrels.

Caramel and toffee. Long, thick, and mouth-coating.

Lustau’s Fino del Puerto has an intensely fruity character in its infancy with notes of ripe yellow apples, pears and white peach all present. In many ways it is more like white wine than a Sherry on the nose. The palate gives away its origins though; it is very pure with a savoury backbone. Delicate touches of dried apricot vie with a hint of marmite on the subtle, yet long finish

A bone dry Manzanilla from the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, light and fresh, very tangy, clean and crisp with just a hint of saltiness.

Bright, straw-like yellow colour with diamond sheen. Penetrating aromas of almonds and olives. Light and dry on the palate with hints of salt and wine with a pleasant bitterness on the finish.
