Deep, purple core. Rich, berry fruit aromas with lots of ripe, red plum and hints of white pepper. Some floral notes in the background, including violets, lavender, and spring blossoms. The palate displays dark fruit flavours, revealing white pepper, cinnamon, clove and vanilla spice. Gentle oak integration bodes well for a long and graceful bottle maturation of this wine. 97% Syrah, 3% Viognier.

Mourvedre is perfect for Waterkloof, with its head in the sun and feet in the sea. So, not one to follow fashion, Paul Boutinot has made it the most planted red grape on this biodynamic farm. Despite this confidence, nobody could have anticipated such spectacular results when upon the release of the first vintage from 2015, the wine garnered a rave review and score of 94 points by Tim Atkin MW.

Bouchard Finlayson's geographic location, lying within five kilometres of the cool Atlantic Ocean, offers the most ideal climate of the Cape for Sauvignon Blanc.

Darling Cellars' Old Bush Vine range comes from specific old bush vines which are selected for their typicity in reflecting their soils and location.

This is Paul Cluver's entry level Pinot Noir, so named to replicate the village classification in Burgundy.

Cariñena must be a contender for producing some of the best value red wines in the world and this little beauty is a case in point. Soft and velvety in texture with masses of concentration on the palate and bags of juicy black fruit on the nose, a cracking all-round entry level red. Unoaked and all the better for it.

Amphorvm Sauvignon Verdejo Blanco is a refreshing blend of Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc. With a bright lemon colour, fresh and fruity aromas and crisp citrus flavours this organic certified wine has a pleasingly fruity finish.

Clean, limpid yellow with glints of green colour. Medium intense aroma, touched by complex fennel and roasted herbaceous notes on the nose. Broad, silky and heart-warming acidity with exquisite balance and elegance on the palate. Rich and smooth with a long finish and slightly bitter aftertaste characteristic of verdejo grapes.

The Parcela 12 is made up entirely of Graciano. Graciano, until recently was the colour and alcohol addition to the blend for Rioja in the north. Now, it is very much a stand-alone grape in it’s own right. The single parcela Graciano here is planted on granite soil which adds freshness and minerality to the wine. Matured for 8 months in French oak barrels, the wine has nuances of cocoa and balsamic with hints of sweet spice. This compliments the subtle floral notes and juicy fresh blackberry, plum and red cherry fruits. It is a powerful wine with a full body, smooth almost sweet tannins and an intense finish.

Bright, straw-yellow colour which does not give a sign of its time in the cask.
An open, complex nose in which you can find aromas of aromatic herbs such as fennel, citrus fruit (lime), stone fruit (peach) and slight toasted nuances.
A fresh wine on the palate with good acidity. Balanced and silky smooth with a very long aftertaste.

The result of a delicate harvest and winemaking process, Vines del Vero Gewürztraminer presents greenish sparkles on a bright pale yellow background. The aromatic palate is wide and heady, with a floral range remincescent of flower petals and exotic oriental fruit. The velvety attack and large amount of aromas on the
palate, along with its unctuousness, make this wine very unique.

A medium-bodied red from the Jumilla region of southern Spain. Ripe, juicy and forward with aromas of red berries. Fresh, forward, and easy to drink, with ripe plummy fruit and a hint of spice and chocolate on the finish.
