Recioto Giovanni Allegrini is deep ruby red in color and has a spicy bouquet with hints of dried fruit. It is full and velvety on the palate.

An exceptional dessert wine made using traditional methods. Trebbiano grapes are carefully selected and dried for several months. The must is fermented and aged for more than five years in wooden casks made of chestnut, oak, cherry and mulberry.

The colheita Moscatel de Setubal is actually far from it, displaying all the hallmarks of classic muscat from Portugal. Made and aged in Quinta do Piloto's large concrete anforae, there's dried fruit, caramel, spices, florals and especially citrus orange peel. Classic, sweet marmalade flavours, and around 150 g/L residual sugar is balanced by great acidity.

This beautiful Ice Wine Cuvée is vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged for about 16 months. For making this wine, the frozen grapes are pressed. This way only the juice and sugar come out of the grapes. This results in a very sweet and aromatic wine.

Bright golden yellow. The bouquet shows fine herbs and delicate nuances of stone fruits and lychee. Notes of pineapple offers exotic nuances in the finish combined with a touch of honey.

This wine is an explosion of dried fruit flavours and hints of frangipani notes on the nose. The palate is exciting and vibrant, dried apricots and dried pineapple flavours are very expressive and there is great play between the sweetness and racy acidity on the palate. Clear and bright mahogany in colour, it has aromas of grapey fruit, marmalade and toasted notes. It is smooth, complex, refreshingly sweet and palate cleansing.

Natural sweet wine with an explosion of aromas and flavours expressing the concentration of soils at its highest potential. Produced with the best Mencía grapes picked when overripe to get fruity aromas with underlying mineral hints together with a beautiful balance between residual sugar and acidity. Sweet and concentrated mouthfeel surprisingly fresh and elegant with a velvety smooth finish.

Clos Sant Pau has a golden colour with greenish hues. It has an intense, and fresh nose. Aromas of orange peel and white truffle. On the palate, it presents itself as an elegant sweet wine with a predominance of white fruit and light touches of Mediterranean herbs: fennel and lemon verbena.

The ultimate in pudding sherry, this PX is one of the finest we've tasted.

A tasty new kind of aromatized dessert wine. The aromatics of the scented Geranium meld gracefully with the Orange Muscat, and the herbal minty taste of Damiana is a nice adjunct to the orange apricot tea Essensia flavors.

Tokaj Classic Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos, botrytised, sweet, dessert wine of Hungary. This truly classic dessert wine made from grapes affected by noble rot has notes of orange, oriental spice and apricot. The sweetness is beautifully balanced by taught acidity which means it's never cloying. The 5 Puttonyos refers to the traditional method of determining how sweet the wine would be - baskets (puttonyos) of the botrytised grapes would be added to the must, and the more that were added, the sweeter the result would be. Nowadays the classification is given by the residual sugar left, ranging from 3-6 Puttonyos, 6 being the sweetest. This cuvee is made from 50% Furmint, 30% Lindenleaf and 20% Muscat, with 153 g/l residual sugar. This is top quality Tokay from a well known and sought after producer. Try with fruit tarts or foie gras.

A fine old traditional style, produced from Tinta Negra, aged for 5 years in old French oak. Terrific as an aperitif served lightly chilled. Lots of interest here, sweet seville orange, some almonds finished with a zing of acidity. A bargain.
