Moraitis Malvasia is rich and full bodied with a light sweetness, enticing wine drinkers with a usually dryer palate. The mesmerizing dark bronze colour with golden hues, hints at the long, delicate ageing in oak, imparting colour into the wine. Aromas of dried apricots, golden raisins, and honey glide beautifully and gradually towards more concentrated notes of caramel and dried nuts. The wine keeps a characteristic freshness of the Monemvasia variety, and the coastal attributes inherent to the vine and the terroir itself. Oremus is responsible for some of the sleekest and most elegant modern new-wave Tokajis to come from the historic Hungarian region. This is a glorious confection of finely oaked, rich marmaladey intensity with undertones of dried apricot, honey and raisin, all beautifully balanced by the typical acidity of the Furmint grape, which is very much the hallmark of the style.

Marco Porello Birbet is a sweet, fizzy red made from partially fermented, bunched Brachetto grapes. It is low in alcohol (5%) and bursting with fantastic flavours of fresh raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants. The low alcohol and good acidity makes it a great partner for desserts and fruit puddings. It is a real Piedmontese speciality!

Golden yellow in colour, intense and persistent nose, floral and fruity, reminiscent of raisin grapes, plus a sweet note of honey and acacia, with an intense and persistent, mellow and elegant palate.

A dessert wine made from choice white grapes of the Malvasia del Chianti and Pulcinculo (Grechetto Bianco) varieties, selected at harvest-time and are laid out to dry until the beginning of February. The storing and ageing of the wine then takes place in small oak barrels which impart flavours of sweet spice and vanilla to the finished wine. It is amber in colour, the aroma is intense with notes of ripe fruit and it is broad, velvety and mouth-filling on the palate.

Catherine Marshall's dessert-style Myriad, made from 100% Merlot, has been specifically crafted for washed rind cheeses like the famous Burgundian époisses.

This wine is an explosion of dried fruit flavours and hints of frangipani notes on the nose. The palate is exciting and vibrant, dried apricots and dried pineapple flavours are very expressive and there is great play between the sweetness and racy acidity on the palate. Clos Sant Pau Penedès DO2 has a golden color with greenish hues. It has an intense, and fresh nose. Aromas of orange peel and white truffle. On the palate, it presents itself as an elegant sweet wine with a predominance of white fruit and light touches of Mediterranean herbs: fennel and lemon verbena.
