Slick and silky on the tongue, Chimay Blue offers more of this sumptuous sweet brown sugar character with rounded fruity malts and Belgian yeasts that evoke banana, pear, strawberry and a conspicuous sweet toffee malt character that carries you to a pleasingly boozy finish.
