85% Tempranillo and 15% Syrah.
Fragrant and balsamic on the nose, appetising red fruit predominates and subtle notes of aromatic herbs. Elegant, compact and perfectly balanced in the mouth with polished tannins and fresh juicy fruit.
This vintage was bottled in June 2009 after ageing for 16 months in French and American oak of different ages. Due to its accessibility and freshness this Mauro 2007 is fully enjoyable from its youth.
