Tasting Note
This Westcott Pinot Noir opens with aromas of floral notes, citrus, and cola, followed by subtle hints of baking spice and dark cherry. The palate features firm tannins and lively acidity, which will soften and integrate with time, offering a layered and evolving drinking experience.
Aromas of black cherry, vanilla and sweet spice. Fresh and vibrant red fruit on the palate with vanilla, caramel and dark berry accents on the finish. This pinot noir is me-dium bodied with pleasant tannins and a long finish. 23 months in French oak, whole cluster wild ferment.
