Tasting Note

The smooth and warming palate shows flavours of hazelnuts, prunes, cake spice and bitter chocolate with a long, slightly smoky finish. The trend towards the release of older styles of sherries such as this has lead to a welcome broadening of the available options. Serve at cool temperatures as an apéritif.
