Named after the monk who planted the first vines on these islands, Frei Gigante is a blend of all three of the main varieties found on Pico, made in stainless steel with temperature control and a short ageing on fine lees.
Combining the best bits of each grape, along with the influence of such amazing terroir. Bright and zippy, citrus and floral, mineral and textured, fresh acidity and mild salinity.
As one might expect, brilliant with seafood and salads.
