Tasting Note
The Cape's finest Chardonnay has a glowing core of nutty, buttery fruits, with controlled malolactic fermentation, restrained oak and a nice mineral-ladle Burgundian streak on the finish. It's gorgeous right now, but will become even more so in the next couple of years. What a classic!
