Tasting Note
The 36th release of Polish Hill has explosive flavours that distinguish this vintage with power and tremendous intensity. The bouquet has lavender, a touch of lime and some mineral notes while the palate has surprising generosity, with lime juice notes and characteristic chalkiness. Framed by a backbone of natural acidity, this is a tight, steely wine with a long dry finish.
