Tasting Note

Kaapzicht’s Skuinsberg Cinsault is a medium bodied dry red wine displaying notes of black cherry and plums, which combine with sweet herbs and a slight smoked meat element. Generous fistfuls of chunky red and black fruits follow through the juicy, yet structured palate with a savoury and dry finish. The grapes were hand-picked and fermented in old 500L French Oak casks. Nothing added, no fuss, and no frills – just pure old bush vine Cinsaut, with character and made with lots of love.
