Tasting Note
A sweet blackcurrant orientated purple dessert wine. Even though we sell truckloads of this stuff we still regard it as rather unusual. Even though its effectively a red wine its far from heavy on the palate and works well with many different desserts.
Produced with 100% black muscat grapes. The wine is produced by Andrew Quady in the Central Valley of California. He specialises in producing dessert wines, port style wine and aperitifs. The wine is named Elysium - the Greek word for Heaven - try it and see.
