Tasting Note
Driven by Semillon, one of the Cape's longest planted varieties, this is a blend of 80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc.
30% of the Semillon was naturally fermented to add to the mouth feel. The finished wine is kept on the lees to just prior bottling for added structure and texture.
Crisp fruity white with the cut grass aromas of Sauvignon Blanc leading to lots of delicious full rounded tropical fruitiness on the palate.
