100% Chardonnay from Mauricio’s own vineyards in Vista Flores, this delightful Chardonnay offers a very attractive antidote the price and availability shenanigans of today’s Burgundy situation. The wine is undeniably oak-driven on the nose having been aged for 6 months in new barrels (90% French, 10% American) and opens up on the palate with lovely flavours of fresh pineapple and candied citrus fruits. A supple roundness of texture in the mouth is cradled by bright, lively acidity and the finish is impressive. Chardonnay lovers, be proud!
